Job Overview (What You’ll Do):
The IT Network & Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities and operations of Cotopaxi’s network environment, ensuring that systems, services, and network infrastructure work reliably and securely.Â
This position will be very hands-on and will work closely with the VP of Technology to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support scalable, cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This role will serve as the “gatekeeper” and go-to person for any IT support needs across the organization
Ideal for a candidate with five years of experience as a Network Administrator, ideally at a mid-size company, who understands how to protect an enterprise using advanced tools in a remote environment.

Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):
- Administer and troubleshoot office computing systems and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Provide hardware and software support to associates both in-office and virtually.
- Provide Mac and Windows devices, mobile devices and applications support.
- Lead upgrades and other maintenance as required to keep the network and endpoint security tools up to date.
- Manage IT asset inventory.
- Support employee and contractor system access management.Â
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with physical and data security policies while implementing solutions.
- Answer, log and resolve IT Help Desk calls and related support tickets.
- Mentor and train other network and support personnel.
- Develop standard network operating procedures.Â
- Meet or exceed SLAs by working closely with internal personnel and vendors.
The Ideal Candidate (What You Need to Succeed):
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related field, or equivalent related experience.
- 5 years of experience as Network Administrator, ideally at a mid-sized organization, and with at least 2 years being in a team leadership role.
- Strong expertise in system and network administration.
- Experience using Firewall Security Configuration Tools such as Cisco Meraki.
- Experience working with MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro or Kaseya.
- Experience using Endpoint Security Solutions such as Sentinel One.
- Experience working with Google Workspace and/or MS 365, and ProofPoint.
- Preferably, experience working with Cloud Security.
- Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
