Redesign Health is looking for an IT Operations Administrator. Working closely with our Technical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and administering Redesign’s key end user employee systems as well as enabling day-to-day technical operations and support of Redesign’s employee technology needs, and help position Redesign Health to scale through managing different business and operational initiatives.
Key components of this role will include implementing, managing, and supporting key employee systems, informing and improving the efficacy of our technical operations policies as well as leading cross-functional initiatives that accelerate and enable Redesign’s growth. This role will also assist our operating companies in implementing their initial employee systems technology stack, and serve as a TechOps point of contact/advisor to these operating companies in their early stages. The ideal candidate is supremely organized, deeply analytical, and is a structured thinker and strong communicator.
This position will report to the Technical Operations Lead in our NYC headquarters and will be working closely with many cross-functional teams such as New Business Development, Marketing & Communications, and Legal Policy & Compliance (LPC) to scale Redesign’s platform and allow us to launch more businesses efficiently.
What you’ll do:- Identify, Plan, Implement, and Continuously Support of Key Technology Initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the scoping, planning, implementation, adoption, and management of new technologies/processes such as Endpoint Security, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Collaboration/Document Management Systems, Identity Management, etc.
- Keep up with both redesign business needs and insights as well as Technology industry trends and changes to identify key current and future technology needs, in order to plan, prioritize, and execute key Technology implementation projects to meet these needs.
- Iterate on technical system implementations process to create efficiencies both inside Redesign as well as in our creation of new operating companies.
- Enable Redesign’s Business through Technology
- Function as the TechOps point of contact for advising operating companies through their early development phases.
- Project manage cross-portfolio community building and resource-sharing initiatives to further collaboration across the Redesign family.
- Serve as a Mentor and Escalation Point for End User Support
- Support Technical Operations Associates with day-to-day management of helpdesk ticketing, employee onboarding/offboarding, and configurations of hardware in our NY Office space and serve as an escalation point for helpdesk related needs.
- Own operational performance analysis, reporting out on key business metrics and leading initiatives to improve Redesign’s platform.
- Help propose and define new initiatives and strategic priorities for the Redesign platform through qualitative and quantitative analysis of their respective ROI.
- Background
- 2-3 years of experience experience as an IT Operations Administrator
- 4-7 years of experience experience in information technology, IT support, and/or technical operations at a high-growth companyÂ
- Bachelor's degree with a record of high academic achievement
- Technical Skills
- Communications and Productivity Suites (Microsoft 365, G Suite)
- Device Management (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
- Network Administration (Cisco Meraki, Cisco Small Business Products)
- Identity and Access Management (Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD)
- Experience supporting and standing up IT infrastructure at office spaces and/or retail shopsÂ
- Experience supporting SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirement and best practices
- Experience supporting HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements and best practices
