IT Operations Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and will drive client success by working with departments across Vitality. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and tenacity are critical traits.

Key Outputs may include but are not limited to:

• Review company policies and business processes
• Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
• Analyze data and information to identify business improvement opportunities
• Work with Production Support to identify, log, and mitigate root cause issues
• Actively engage in both proactive and reactive Problem Management
• Implement configuration changes
• Provide configuration support to teams around the business as needed, including execution and training as appropriate
• Oversee Change Management processes
• Conduct audits for identity and access management according to organizational policies
• Identify areas in need of metrics or monitoring and implement them
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
• Other duties as assigned

Pay range $60,000.00-$80,000.00 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or two years of relevant work experience
• Strong SQL query knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office tool suite
• Strong relational and conflict management skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to handle concurrent tasks and projects
• Planning and organizational skills
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Salesforce
  • Dynatrace
  • HTML
  • Java
  • Content Management systems
  • FTP
  • ServiceNow
• Experience or exposure in Java, Oracle database, and/or XML
• Outstanding client focus (Both Internal and External)
