Job Overview

TE Connectivity's IT Operations Teams support hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer/data center. They monitor batch schedules and take actions as necessary in response to schedule problems or abnormal program terminations and manage tape backups, including physical tape handling; coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot employee issues with personal computers and related systems; provide support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access. TE's IT Operations Teams provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel. They develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support. At times they may monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation, cabling, racking, and server installations.

TE RSD North America is seeking an IT Operations Analyst for the local IT Department. The candidate will performa variety of user support, system administration, and application troubleshooting tasks. The candidate is expectedto deliver excellent customer service and be willing to take on any kind of task.

Responsibilities:• Provide support for all PC users through a mix of phone, e-mail, and deskside service• Setup, install, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop computer equipment• Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and VPN connections• Help support manufacturing and production systems• May perform system administration for physical and virtual server infrastructure• Support and participate in IT-related projects

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $65,800 - $98,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
