About the Job:
As a member of the Technology team , you will help our clients solve a range of complex problems. You will work with our clients providing exceptional customer experiences and products, and help them look hard at getting the best out of new technology and integrating it into their existing organizations. As a Global Operations Engineer, you are a pivotal team member, helping turn great ideas into actionable solutions using a range of business and technology capabilities.
We look for curiosity and intellectual rigour, the ability to think through complex, multi-layered problems in a structured manner.
What You'll Get to Do:
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to various middle and back-office applications (IPM, IOM, Gloss, Swift, BPSA, PMC, Algo, OWSetc)
  • Manage the minor enhancement requests as prioritized by business and deploy into production following the Change management cycle.
  • Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
  • Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs.
  • Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME's.
  • Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes.
  • Provide application and system monitoring
  • Handle Change Management
  • Provide release management services
  • Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.

What You'll Bring with You:
  • Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience)
  • Various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase etc)
  • Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys )
  • Scripting (Unix/Linux, Perl, PowerShell).
  • ServiceNow
  • Informatica
  • DevOps
  • Experience with BI tool such as Qlikview / Qliksense
  • Financial Services Industry
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Able to function effectively as a member of a team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with various individuals/teams to find resolution to the problem.
  • Willing to learn

Preferred but not required experience:
  • Cloud Experience -AWS/Azure
  • RPA UI Path knowledge
