๐ Opportunity SizeThe ecommerce experience has been static for 20+ years and is one of the largest opportunities for disruption in the startup space today. Livestream shopping is a $170B GMV market in China and has grown 100% YoY. Retail is a $5T market opportunity!
๐ป Role- Handle inventory, distribution, and retrieval of company laptops and other equipment for our remote team
- Administer our SaaS application suite to ensure best practices are being executed
- Ramp up our MDM capabilities with patch management, self-service app catalogs
- Provide access to and support for company applications, both internal and cloud-based third party
- Assess and maintain the quality of our office infrastructure
- Provide quality support for a remote-first company with employees around the world
- Research and provide input for innovative solutions to drive the growth of the company and its initiatives
- Assist with A/V + video conferencing issues remotely and at live events when needed

As our first IT Operations Engineer, you should have 3+ years of experience working in IT Operations at a fast-growing startup or tech company using cloud-based tools & software, plus:
Must have
- Experience with employee lifecycle processes, both hardware (asset recovery) and software (systems access)
- Experience with identity management and single sign-on providers like Okta
- Experience with SaaS systems administration, including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, 1Password, etc.
- Strong EQ and willingness to learn and #figureitout
- Comfortable in an environment where we move uncomfortably fast and the ability to maneuver ambiguity with ease
- Willing to travel for US-based events up to 2-3 times per monthย
Nice to have
- Experience working with remote teams and creating the best possible environments for effective distributed collaboration
- Prior knowledge with MDM solutions, including Kandji and Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with computer networking, especially cloud-based SD-WAN and SDN systems, including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti Networks
- Familiarity with access control and security systems, including Verkada, UniFi Protect
