Job Overview

The IT Operations Manager position is responsible for effective planning, managing, and implementation of highly visible IT projects that will improve infrastructure and promote efficient operation of the Altura business units. Projects assigned are broad in scope and may involve multiple departments. This position will support the department’s effort to complete multiple projects simultaneously, engage all IT employees effectively, and optimize the use of Company resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, organizational management, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.

• Experience in IT process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.

Compensation

$126,776.00 - $158,475.20 annually
