IT Operations Manager

As our teams lead IT Operations hire, you will be responsible for overseeing all of the organization’s basic technology needs. You will be an integral part in helping us to ensure that our operations run smoothly.

• Work with the onboarding team to set up building access, software and service permissions
• Provide support for services such as video conferencing, remote access, internal products, and mobile technology
• Purchase and manage assets (computers, monitors, software licenses, etc)
• Provide access management, end user troubleshooting, license management, hardware & software requests, office audio/visual, networking, VPN and DNS configurations, archiving & storage
• Troubleshoot and oversee company SaaS platforms: Google Suite, Zoom, Notion, Figma, JIRA, etc
• Develop and maintain IT and IT security policies, procedures and process that ensure organization is secure and compliant
• Work in conjunction with the office of the CFO to insure that Information Technology General Controls ("ITGC") are designed, implemented, and operating effectively.  Assist in the review and documentation of ITGC to demonstrate SEA Rule 17a-5 and SOX compliance to internal and external auditors.
• This role will report the VP of Customer Experience.

• Experience working with a variety of operating systems (including Mac OS), SaaS platforms, and devices (including desktop, mobile, and networking)
• Experience working with IT security policy and implementation
• 4+ years of experience in IT
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
• Experience working in fast paced environment with a globally distributed team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently

• Experience managing Google Workspace
• Extensive knowledge of Okta (workflows, SAML 2.0, etc.)
• Client platform management experience with either JAMF or Kandji and Apple Business Manager for Macs, and Airwatch/VMWare for Windows.

• Experience working at a fintech organization
• Experience in Customer Support or Experience.

The pay range for this position in NYC is $80,000-$130,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
