This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Operations Senior Analyst in India.

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth, reliable, and high-quality delivery of IT infrastructure services in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will lead operational support activities with a strong emphasis on incident management, service continuity, and SLA adherence while maintaining an excellent end-user experience. The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently and minimize business disruption. You will also support leadership users by providing hands-on troubleshooting for devices, connectivity, and enterprise tools. In addition, you will play a key role in monitoring service performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving operational excellence. The environment is dynamic and shift-based, requiring strong prioritization skills and adaptability. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the delivery of IT infrastructure services while ensuring compliance with SLAs and high standards of customer experience.
  • Manage incident, problem, and outage resolution activities, including investigation, escalation, and service restoration.
  • Provide direct technical support to leadership users for devices, network connectivity, smartphones, tablets, and peripheral systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and application issues.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, security standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor systems and proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes, tools, and service efficiency.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance on new technologies, tools, and IT best practices.
  • Support 24/7 shift operations and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple time zones.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows and cloud infrastructure management.
    • At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or shift lead roles within IT operations.
    • Strong knowledge of IT operations, service management, and ITIL processes.
    • Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
    • Good understanding of networking, hardware, software, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
    • Experience supporting executive or leadership-level users in a corporate environment.
    • Familiarity with IT security best practices and data privacy standards.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based operational environment.
    • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, CCNA, or cloud certifications are a plus.
