IT Operations / Sharepoint Analyst

All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled IT Operations / Sharepoint Analyst in Cranberry Township. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily finance activities and creating essential materials for our IT organization. Your expertise in SharePoint content creation and Excel will be crucial to the success of this project.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Content Creation: Develop and update content within SharePoint Online. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and relevant information is available to users.
• Excel Expertise: Work with large Excel files, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Extract insights and present findings effectively.
• PowerPoint Presentation: Create engaging PowerPoint slides and training materials. These resources will be used for educating IT team members.
• Finance Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of finance concepts to contribute to budgeting and cost tracking efforts.
• Independent Work: Manage tasks independently, adhering to scheduled deadlines. Proactively communicate progress and potential roadblocks.

Skills & Experience

• SharePoint Content Creation: Familiarity with SharePoint Online content management. Experience creating and organizing content within SharePoint sites.
• MS Teams or Other Collaboration Platforms: Comfortable using collaboration tools to facilitate communication and document sharing.
• Proficient in Excel: Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and formula creation.
• IT Operations Experience: Understanding of IT processes, systems, and workflows.
