IT Operations Specialist

About the Job

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that their computer systems, software, and hardware are working properly. You will oversee the monitoring of systems, onboarding, and off-boarding procedures for end-users daily.

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated and dynamic team player with strong integrity, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. Additionally, the candidate will have a strong background in IT support, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. Open to remote. 

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming help desk tickets and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other devices
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
• Provide basic network support, including account and password resets
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and bring new ideas to the team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Experience with MS-Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

• Asset-level analytics: Providing quantitative and qualitative investment- and portfolio-level performance reports by consolidating and analyzing monthly operating statements produced by operating partners to track and monitor performance against initial underwriting;
• Active Asset Management Support: The team works closely with Acquisition Teams to help monitor all strategic and joint-venture operating partners on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include weekly leasing calls, monthly operational reviews, annual budget and business plan reviews and financial analysis;
• Investment and Fund-level Reforecasting: BWAM is responsible for creating proprietary investment-level valuation models for the portfolio to enhance our ability to reforecast investment- and fund-level performance on a routine basis.
