Our IT Operations Team is core to the growth of our organisation. This team works on a wide range of challenges, including providing support to over 350 employees in a professional manner - teams are distributed across North America, EMEA and Asia.
As an IT Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping onboard and support our growing international teams and systems. You’ll work closely with a number of teams, including, but not limited to HR, Engineering and Sales. As we scale you will play a key role in building new processes and continuously finding new ways to improve our infrastructure, security and systems.
What you’ll do
- Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
- Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, VMWare Workplace One and otherÂ
- Lead lifecycle onboarding and off-boarding for employees including accounts, hardware and training
- Plan, maintain and manage inventory for all equipment, including shipping to local and international employees
- Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively
About you:
- Proven 3-6 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organisation
- Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows
- Proficient with modern cloud applications, interface
- Ability to operate with a “security first” mindset
- Experience of working with a modern ticketing system
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
