IT Operations Specialist

Our IT Team is core to Instabase's strategy for enabling business growth and team velocity. We engineer solutions that remove commercial blockers, increase employee productivity and help teams scale. This team works on a wide range of domains from cloud systems administration, systems integration architecture and security enablement all while supporting over 400 employees, contractors and systems distributed across the globe.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a leading role in supporting our growing global user base. You’ll partner closely with a number of teams, including Engineering, Security, HR and Sales. As we scale you will play a key role in supporting new systems and finding ways to improve our processes, security and systems. 

What you’ll do

• Resolve tickets for all internal requests related to software, hardware, networking and equipment issues
• Troubleshooting on various tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune and others
• Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees including accounts, hardware logistics and training
• Provide user software, hardware and network support for North America based users during Pacific Time (PT) working hours
• Ability to define and automate company processes to help scale the company proactively

About you:

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organization
• Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows
• Proficient with modern cloud applications and interfaces
• Ability to operate with a “security-first” mindset
• Experience of working with a modern ticketing system
• Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

For Colorado-based roles: The minimum salary for this role is $79,050 + bonus, equity, and healthcare, retirement, and paid time off benefits.

For New York-based roles: The salary range for this role is $93,000 to $103,000.
