IT Operations Support Analyst

The Role:

The IT Support Analyst will support internal customers by resolving IT related challenges. You will provide Internal Customer IT Support to address challenges including access, passwords, internal non-Engineering tools such as Google workspace, Okta and slack.   You will be joining a small team that supports a blend of IT Operations and Security. Additionally, you will provide internal partnership to support us scale. Reporting to the VP, Technology Operations, you will partner closely with our Lead, IT Engineer to support all Newsela staff.

Why We’ll Love You:

You have 1 + years of experience in an IT Support role, enhanced by your demonstrated success in supporting IT Operations internal stakeholders and have impeccable troubleshooting and communication skills. You have a customer-first mindset and are able to leverage your effective communications and technical troubleshooting skills to effectively achieve, troubleshoot, and resolve internal team member issues in a timely and accurate manner. While not required, experience with scripting and/or automation is a plus.
