THE JOB:

• Support project deliverables, including requirements gathering, analysis, research, and documentation.

• Assist Business Solution Architects (BSAs) with ticket tracking, support requests, and timely issue resolution.

• Manage Jira and Confluence tasks, such as closing tickets, adding notes, and ensuring accurate ticket assignment.

• Assist with budgeting, monitoring Infosec expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, sourcing, and finance teams for equipment purchases, software renewals, and contract processes.

• Help schedule and coordinate Infosec projects, track milestones, and provide status updates.

• Generate regular reports on technology usage, software licenses, and key metrics.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Understanding of basic finance principles, with the ability to analyze financial data and assist with forecasting

• Knowledge of data analysis methods, including data cleansing, transformation, and visualization techniques.

• Working knowledge of Financial Management and Analytics.

• Experience with tools such as as Power BI and Tableau
