IT PM - Quality Control Manager - TS/SCI Poly Required

Senior IT Project Manager - Software Quality Assurance - with a background in the DOD or IC to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks and technology assignments.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead major technology assignments.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Successfully manage quality programs with large numbers of personnel, equipment, and customers geographically dispersed.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the program QC Plan.
• Analyze data and brief senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree
• A minimum of (10) ten years of experience
• A minimum of (3) three years of experience with scrum on a large scale
• A minimum of (3) three years of experience with Cross Domain Solutions
• A minimum of four years of experience in all phases of QA cycle (Waterfall and Agile)
• Demonstrated knowledge in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in Engineering, Cyber Systems, System Administration, and Development
• Advanced understanding of QA/QC approaches, methods, management, metrics, and responsibilities
• Quality management experience in contingency support operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
• Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of (5) five years of experience with creating and running automated methods to deploy software products into the production environment.
• A minimum of (5) five years of experience of managing multiple QA analysts running multiple QA cycles.
• Certified Manager in Software Testing or an equivalent testing certification
