Responsibilities

• Understanding customers’ IT environment and business requirements
• Provide technical consultation to customers
• Perform technical presentations, coordinate proof of Concepts, solutions and product demonstration to a variety of audiences from C-level to IT Executives.
• Work closely with sales & post sales team by participating and supporting all sales strategies and business goals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare quotations and proposals
• Act as a technology bridge between Sales and Technical team
• Engage vendors for support and solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years proven track record in Presales/Sales capacity for Information Technology Solutions & Services
• Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
• Excellent communications and writing skills
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to C-Levels
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking customers
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge and experience with Infrastructure Technologies and Solutions, such as Server Operating Systems (Windows Servers, Linux), Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware), Networking, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Cybersecurity Solutions will be advantageous
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
