IT Procurement Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and report the intake of IT procurement, IT finance, and IT vendor requests

• Conduct detailed analysis of vendor spending patterns and prepare regular reports on vendor expenditure for management review

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for optimizing vendor spend

• Develop, evaluate, and maintain performance scorecards to track vendor effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor and analyze vendor and contract performance to identify areas for improvement, risks, and terms

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to forecast demand, assess supplier risk, and identify trends

• Ensure all vendor requirements are documented and addressed in a timely manner

• Work with IT teams to create reports and dashboards to support decision-making

• Liaise with legal, procurement, and compliance departments to ensure alignment and adherence to policies

• Maintain and organize a secure repository for all vendor contracts, ensuring easy access and retrieval while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, procurement, contracts, pricing methodologies (IT preferred)

• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Oracle Experience preferred

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong analytical approach to problem solving, with a focus on managing tasks with appropriate urgency in a results-oriented global team environment.

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, deliver high quality performance on multiple, simultaneous strategic, value-added tasks and priorities.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to understand the long-term ("big picture").

• Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend strategic actions.
