Job Description

THE POSITION:

As an IT Procurement Assistant l, you will be using your technical and customer service skills to perform IT Procurement services. We'll rely on you to keep services and our business running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our IT procurement requests. You'll be using your multi-tasking expertise to provide superior customer service support for various business units but mainly for IT. You will be relied upon to monitor and handle procurement tasks and reach out as needed for more difficult tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

• Performing entry level procurement tasks
• Process invoices in D365 for payment
• Check payment status on processed invoices for Vendors
• Create POs for new services when needed
• Revise POs for additional services or finds when needed
• Monitor IT Procurement email mailbox

• Enter invoices efficiently in a timely manner

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Procurement or Accounts Payable.
• Ability and willingness to work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST
• Microsoft Excel proficiency, ability to analyze complex information, excellent communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates degree or higher in a computer-related subject area; technical certifications in PC or network-related areas are a plus

• • Experience in working with vendors
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable concept basics
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to work on your own and to work together with the team to complete tasks.
