The Chief Technology Office (CTO) is seeking an influencer to join the Risk, Controls and Compliance area that works in partnership across cybersecurity and compliance leaders to deliver a first class controls posture for Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) . This role will be pivotal in ensuring the ETS program meets its objectives by enabling LOB users, technology users and control stakeholders to securely adopt and effectively use a wide array of products and services.
Excellent opportunity to join the new CTO Azure Cloud Enablement (ACE) platform team. Primary responsibilities will include enabling the ETS Risk, Controls and Compliance team across the quickly expanding controls space.

About the Team
The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

- Support internal audit cycles across ETS.
- Work closely with Cybersecurity and Technology Controls (CTC) partners, the candidate will support ETS Application Owners and Delivery Managers with findings and break management.
- Work close with central risk teams for managing vulnerabilities, and vendor application controls review.
- Support risk management, and new product compliance as we continue to build out various ETS offerings.

To be successful in this role the candidate must be prepared to:
- Work in a challenging, yet rewarding environment to deliver strong controls posture.
- Must have the a bility to forge and maintain strong relationships with key controls stakeholders
- Experience with managing and facilitating internal audits is a plus.
- Knowledge about SOX, SOC1 and SOC2 compliance is a plus.
