Description and Requirements

产品规划与策略：

• 制定CMS产品的长期愿景和战略。
• 进行市场调研，分析竞争对手，识别市场机会。

需求收集与分析：

• 与客户、销售和市场团队沟通，收集用户需求。
• 定义产品功能和优先级，撰写产品需求文档（PRD）。

跨部门协作：

• 与设计、开发和测试团队紧密合作，确保产品按时交付。
• 参与产品的用户体验设计，确保产品易用性。

产品发布与推广：

• 制定产品发布计划，协调市场推广活动。
• 收集用户反馈，持续优化产品。

数据分析与报告：

• 监控产品性能指标，分析用户行为数据。
• 定期向管理层汇报产品进展和市场反馈。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术或相关专业优先。
• 3年以上产品管理经验，有CMS相关经验者优先。
• 熟悉CMS平台，具备相关项目经验。
• 熟悉敏捷开发流程，具备良好的项目管理能力。
• 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 英语流利，能够与国际团队有效沟通。
• 具备数据分析能力，能够使用数据驱动决策。
