About the Team
IT Enterprise Solution Product Design Team is responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of IT product design. This includes but is not limited to, participating in early-stage user research and requirement analysis, outputting and iterating design solutions, executing and implementing designs, conducting testing, validating designs post-release, following up on feedback, and supporting product commercialization efforts. The team also handles product-related brand promotion and operational design work.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the design of major functional modules or new products from concept to launch (0 to 1).
2. Apply design tools and methodologies such as industry analysis, service blueprints, user research (e.g., surveys, personas, scenarios, storyboards, user journeys), and usability testing to identify design opportunities and validate outcomes.
3. Expertly use Figma and integrate new productivity tools (e.g., AIGC) to create design deliverables and interactive prototypes with varying levels of fidelity, tailored to project needs.
4. Develop a strong understanding of IT business processes to align design strategies with business goals and enhance design efficiency.
5. Tackle challenges from multiple perspectives while maintaining clear and effective communication with business, product, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Establish systematic design methodologies from practical experience, ensuring broad applicability and reusability across different products.
7. Guide and mentor designers, fostering the team's overall design expertise and professional growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Service Design.
3. Demonstrated comprehensive design and logical thinking skills.
4. Highly self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to continuously raising design standards and quality.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Service Design.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address core issues at a deeper level.
4. Outstanding visual design abilities.
5. Strong learning capabilities, able to quickly acquire new knowledge and expertise in new fields.
6. Self-driven with high personal standards, consistently pursuing excellence in design quality and outcomes.
7. Passionate about design, with a love for life.
