Job Description

The IT Product Manager is responsible for delivering and promoting new and existing product features within the BOK Financial Information Technology (IT) stack through close partnerships with IT teams and internal business partners to ensure the successful incorporation and adoption of IT products. This position requires a knowledge of technology and an ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology tools that improve client experience and operational efficiencies. This strategic role involves managing product updates and initiatives that contribute to the BOK Financial digital transformation strategy.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will partner closely with Information Technology teams, Information Security, Lines of Business, and management to implement, promote, and guide direction on IT products so they are widely adopted by the BOK Financial workforce, streamline business operations, and empower employees to do their best work.
  • You will employ Agile principles and methodologies to ensure product initiatives are accurately prioritized and implemented through the product backlog.
  • You will lead discussions among a diverse set of stakeholders to help establish the priority of the need for feature enhancements and roll-out strategies in accordance with business needs.
  • You will organize and lead efforts to promote digital skills and literacy within the organization by providing training, support, and guidance to users who can then champion those skills to those who may not be as confident or familiar with technology tools and practices.
  • You will partner with subject matter experts and line of business partners to develop and maintain the product roadmap, governance, and organizational change management leveraging ADKAR methodologies.
  • You will analyze user behavior and adoption rates for existing product features to develop new methodologies and drive product innovation. You will also provide on-demand reporting and product delivery updates directly to key stakeholders.
  • You will maintain vendor and strategic partner relationships through regular interactions ensuring that products and technology solutions continue to meet the needs of the employees.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and 2-3 years of experience in product management or 5-7 years equivalent work experience.
