As a Product Owner, on the HR Technology team the individual would be passionate about our culture, transforming services and relationships and driving continuous improvement. We are looking for a Product Owner to lead a Product team and partner closely with the HRS capability specializing in the HCM product to deliver on a technology roadmap, and transformation of work processes. This person will be responsible for creating an aligned vision and operating model that enables Koch Global Services (KGS) IT to become a more strategic partner to the businesses - enabling accelerated delivery of solutions the create value that aligns with business priorities and outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Work cross functionally to enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure detailed requirements are defined along with delivery of high-quality product features
  • Conduct acceptance testing and gather feedback from internal users to iterate and improve the product
  • Partner with the HCM process owners to drive innovation and best practices
  • Work with businesses and stakeholders to create and own a product roadmap that is well socialized and aligned with business value and the Koch/KGS vision
  • Influence outcomes and processes based on business values
  • Work cross functionally with KGS leadership, business, and external partners
  • Define and measure success
  • Sell and promote successes and key achievements
  • Strategize and collaborate on cross-functional projects

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with product ownership/management
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders on priorities
  • Experience and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Ability to make data driven decisions
  • Experience leading small to mid-scale projects or implementations

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Design Thinking experience and application
  • Experience in enhancing user experiences via application or process implementation
  • Experience of HR Systems, specifically Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Experience working with remote and global teams
