Job Description
As an IT Product Owner Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams in understanding consumer and employee needs and creating innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction ratings, appeal to prospective customers, deliver revenue, create connected experiences, drive efficiencies and achieve cost savings. Responsibilities will include understanding employee and customer needs and deliver innovative solutions that create world class experiences; collecting, tracking, and taking action on metrics aimed at improving the rate of customer satisfaction in technology usage; setting strategy to align the priorities of the IT department with the larger organizational vision, business outcomes and corporate philosophy; leading cross-functional Centers of Excellence for successful execution; ensuring that internal controls are in place and functioning properly; and exercising the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations. The candidate will align all priorities with organizational values and long-term technological success.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8+ years' experience in product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or related business experience
- Advanced understanding of IT line of business
- Expert knowledge in leading a team
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience w/ Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with digital technologies, including online, phone, and tablet
