This role requires a strategic thinker and with a strong background in IT and operations, capable of leading cross-functional teams through implementation of complex solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, a quick- learner, takes initiative and has a deep passion for identifying process gaps or inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement, and solving problems. The Program Manager will be pivotal in driving the Wachter's technological transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to align technology initiatives business objectives, across the organization.
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the business units and IT, ensuring a unified approach to technology adoption and implementation.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Coordinate efforts to identify and resolve areas of overlap, duplication of projects or initiatives, and redundant technologies across all business units.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for technology projects, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across departments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices across all technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a program management role, with a strong background in IT and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects and cross- functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Program Management, IT Operations, Project Management, Information Security, Platform/DevOps Engineering, or Systems Architecture is a plus.
