Job Description
As an IT Program Manager II with Frost, you will:
- Drive planning, implementation and delivery of complex programs that enable key strategic initiatives that have significant impact across the bank
- Manage program and project teams to ensure program goals and return-on-investment are realized
- Drive development of program implementation approach and road map based on program vision articulated by project sponsor and key stakeholders
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to proactively plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for program deliverables and workstreams
- Manage risks, issues & dependencies and maintain a RAID log to maximize delivery efficiency and productivity
- Manage and provide oversight of program status to Senior leaders and work across project workstreams to prioritize and resolve high priority issues requiring escalation
- Work productively and positively with a wide range of individuals including project managers, key organizational leaders, resource managers and stakeholders
- Use effective project and program management methodology and techniques to enable the success of the program
- Develop and use assessment tools to evaluate and improve stakeholder satisfaction and program quality

To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 7+ years in an advanced technical project management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Advanced knowledge of project management disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft computer applications (MS Project)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
An ideal candidate might have:
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in providing policy, strategic and operational advice, and recommendations at a senior level
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement on complex and high-profile issues
- Knowledge of software engineering disciplines
- Agile Certification (CSM or PMI-ACP)
- Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP)
- Experience managing projects in multiple methodologies (predictive/waterfall, hybrid, and agile)
- Change Management Certification (Prosci)
- Lean Six Sigma Certifications (LSSGB, LSSYB, LSSBB, LSS Champion)
