A Brief Overview
The TDS Program Manager, Partnerships is responsible for managing the relationship between Technology and Digital Solutions (TDS) and strategic partners external to Stanford Health Care. The position combines project management responsibilities with executive-level interactions to drive successful, value-focused partnerships and deliverables. The role entails managing multiple partnerships and projects concurrently, building cross-functional plans, budgeting, coordinating resources, managing issues, and facilitating hand-offs to TDS project teams for implementation. The role is also strategic in nature, helping to foster strong, innovative, and transformative partnerships that aim to further Stanford Medicine's mission.
In addition, in collaboration with TDS leadership, the TDS Program Manager, Partnerships will oversee the problem management process as defined by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This role will help drive process improvement that promotes a learning IT organization by helping the organization identify, solve, and learn from problems.

What you will do
- Facilitates meetings with TDS leadership and strategic partner(s) leadership, which will include travel and off-site work
- Documents meeting tasks and goals and ensures all follow-up is completed
- Ensures that TDS leaders are prepared for all meetings with partners
- Works closely with Stanford Medicine Industry Relations and Digital Health (IRDH) team and TDS Legal to develop productive agreements with industry partners
- Identifies and manages dependencies with other internal or external teams
- Provides metrics and status to TDS leadership
- Meticulously track action items and drive them to closure
- Actively manage project risks and issues
- Manage multiple work streams
- Provide excellent customer service and stellar representation of TDS and Stanford Health Care
- Look for opportunities to improve processes
- Identifies and conducts reviews for all problem opportunities in partnership with TDS leadership
- Leads knowledge sessions about problem management and areas of opportunity
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in health care administration.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Results-oriented approach to projects to achieve core goals
- Knowledge of project management techniques and procedures
- Experience in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and other Project Management related software tools
- Excellent customer and team management skills
- Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
- Very organized, able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn ITIL principles
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $57.42 - $76.09 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
