IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator for our technology projects and customer onboardings.

Your Duties:

• Guide a team of engineers to provide world-class service to our clients
• Drive projects to successful and timely completion by effectively planning and coordinating the resources, and timetables, of our client, team, and third-party vendors.
• Execute project plans in an organized and efficient process while prioritizing tasks, providing great customer care, producing solutions, and helping people.
• Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Integrate information technologies into the internal company infrastructure for optimal effectiveness.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
• Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for clients' infrastructure.
• Attend change control and other departmental meetings to provide insight, make recommendations, and participate in change management and process development.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships and high levels of satisfaction with senior-level decision-makers and key influencers of our clients.
• Dispatching multiple resources on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Drive projects to successful completion by coordinating resources and timetables of clients' teams, internal departments, and third-party vendors
• Conduct performance and security audits
• Accomplish financial objectives by thoroughly defining the project scope and forecasting the requirements of the project, managing expenses, analyzing the variances, and initiating corrective action
• MS Windows Server (most current 3 versions), Server Operations, and Domain support.
• MS Exchange Server (most current 3 versions), Server Operations, and Support.
• MS Office365 implementation and support.
• MS SQL Server (most current 3 versions) and Server Operations.
• VMWare Virtualization Systems setup, configuration, and support.
• Network switching, VLAN configuration, and support.
• Server protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, and DNS.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
• ConnectWise Automate and Manage.
• Server hardware.
• Cisco IOS, OS, IP SLA Monitor commands, and features.
• Firewalls, Tunnel setup, alerting, and reporting.
• Storage systems (SAN, NAS, ISCSI) based platforms.
• MSP tools including PRTG monitoring.
• Veeam and VRanger backups.
• Scripting and deployment methods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in project management.
• Two years of experience in IT systems design, buildout, and delivery, preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.

CIO Technology Solutions is centrally located in the Westshore area near Tampa airport. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package, including medical, dental, and supplemental insurances, paid time off, retirement plan, and other corporate perks. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work and you will need to be located near and ready to report to the office in Tampa upon acceptance of any offer of employment.
