IT Project Coordinator

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a IT Project Coordinator.

Position type: Permanent.

Duration: 7 months with possible extension

Location: Hybrid

As IT Project Coordinator you will:

IT Project Coordinator is responsible for working with IT Managers and Technical leads to plan, organize, coordinate successful delivery of IT initiatives. IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for these activities in multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Adaptable and a proactive in identifying and addressing project risks and challenges
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with individuals from various technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• A customer-focused mindset to ensure that project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and address business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Capture project/initiative requirements and objectives.
• Create project and resource plans.
• Coordinate with team members to establish schedules, milestones, and individual tasks.
• Utilize project management software such as JIRA to monitor project progress and adherence to schedules.
• Arrange & lead project and team meetings.
• Document meeting minutes and action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Track project progress, team performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Experienced and skills:

• A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years' experience as an IT Project Manager/Coordinator.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in agile projects.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range *: $109,000 - 128,000$ Per Annum

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
