IT Project Coordinator - ONSITE

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Aqueity is looking for an IT Project Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the projects team in coordinating, scheduling, and administering IT-related initiatives for clients. Requires a high level of urgency, professionalism, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists service and project teams with planning and rollout of technical projects from initiation through completion
- Identifies required resources, and develops and manages schedules for project team to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Serves customers as a key point of contact
- Organizes and tracks progress of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time completion within budgetary requirements
- Provides accurate reports and metrics to company management on status and budget of on-going projects and agreements
- Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service
- Effectively communicates with team and clients on issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope, and quality) are achieved and customer expectations are met
- Assists with problem resolution as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Associates Degree in Business or Information Technology field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PMI – CAPM Certification Holder or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordinator or project administrator role
- Experience with scheduling and organizing project resources and keeping projects within budget
- Independent self-starter who is resourceful, eager to learn, capable of multitasking, and able to prioritize, while still meeting deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Excellent documentation/follow-up
- High level of competency with Microsoft Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment a plus
SALARY: $45,000 - $60,000/year based on experience
