IT Project Management Lead Analyst -Express Scripts - Remote

Job Summary: Responsibilities & Essential Functions

The primary Client Tech Problem Management Lead Analyst responsibility is to research technology incidents to create client-facing documentation and present it directly to clients via dedicated meetings. The individual will leverage existing systems documentation and interact with a diverse set of technical stakeholders to understand the broad and nuanced context of specific incidents that resulted in client alerts. It is imperative this individual develop a thorough technical understanding of incident information, as well as the overall business context involved, in order to provide an appropriate level of detail for client content.

In addition to these client-facing responsibilities, this individual will be required to regularly provide incident-related information and documentation to various internal stakeholders, such as Compliance and Technology leaders.

• Collaboration skills across varying business verticals and levels of leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years work experience
• Intermediate technology competency
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Communications or Leadership discipline preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work with limited direction

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,100 - 131,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
