Responsibilities you'll have as an IT Project Manager:

• Setting project goals for complex IT projects and coming up with plans to meet those goals
• Demonstrated ability to assist in creating, peer-reviewing, and improving scopes of work, then identify and communicate the risks/scope for the project and adjust the scope accordingly for recommendation
• Maintaining project timeframes, managing budgeting estimates, and status reports
• Managing resources for projects, such as budget, Delivery Engineers and schedules
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Organizing meetings to discuss project goals, progress, and obstacles
• Able to deliver projects with little to no oversight
• Expert in conducting post-project analysis: Budget, deliverables by phase, lessons learned
• Expert in conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies for projects
• Develop new technical solutions to solve evolving business risk and compliancy needs.
• Align with all practice areas based on experience and expertise.

• Expert in written and oral communication
• Expert problem solver
• Demonstrated expertise in managing executive level stakeholders
• Proven ability to work with sales team and provide constant scoping improvement feedback

What technical qualifications we require:

• At 4+ years of managing IT projects independently
• Experience with managing IT projects such as Microsoft, Networking, cybersecurity
• Background in VAR or MSP environment HIGHLY preferred
• Desired Cert/Education: PMP, Project+, or masters equivalent in business or technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft, VMware, Networking and ConnectWise a big plus
