Job Overview
TE Connectivity's IT Project Management Teams lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, modification and support of IT projects that span across functional organizations. They prepare project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet technical requirements of the assignment. TE's IT Project Management Teams remain informed about current advances in the IT Field. They also provide program management oversight and guidance to team members. TE's IT Project Management Teams also include IT Analysts, who are responsible for supporting key IT processes, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT project management. IT Analysts provide support to our IT Project Management Teams by using their IT skills to implement and support tools and processes needed to meet project management and general IT requirements.
The IT Project Manager-Corporate Functions is a critical strategic partner to the TE corporate organizations. The Project Manager will contribute to the planning and implementation of IT initiatives with a focus on technology solutions and processes that will effectively enable business strategy to support growth, operational effectiveness, extraordinary customer experience, and operating efficiency. This includes turning strategies into tangible initiatives and projects detailed against execution timelines.
β’ Partners with the corporate functions in the creation of technology and business processes to advance business strategies, facilitate ongoing planning for IT investments and align business strategies with IT investment and priorities.β’ Maintains technology strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering IT value drivers, process design, change management and KPIs required to ensure business value.β’ Establishes and manages business architecture and capabilities definition and maturity across corporate function landscape.β’ Accountable for overall project oversight and internal client satisfaction.β’ Aligns business needs with appropriate service levels and manages expectations with their business partners relative to IT services.β’ Creates a culture across teams that drives successful delivery and adoption of technology and business process solutions. Build network with internal & external experts, suppliers & stakeholders.
The Corporate Functions Project Manager will be a key contributor who is able to work equally effectively with individual team members as well as executive management. From a personal standpoint the successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and will:

What your background should look like:
β’ Minimum 8 years' experience in IT Project Management. β’ Significant experience in strategy, development, implementation, and use of IT systems. β’ Data savvy - experience using data and analytics tools to build a business case, influence others and make decisions. β’ Strong business acumen and fluent in business financeβ’ Ability to present to and interact with all levels of the organization as well as with outside contacts.β’ Ability to work across an organization, share success, and build a culture that embraces change and growth.

COMPENSATIONβ’ Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $103,900 - $129,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)β’ Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.β’ Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
