About this role:

Gartner is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for day to day management, coordination and smooth operation of various projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. The Project Manager will be responsible to ensure schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for projects are on track while maintaining standards and monitoring scope of project quality. Our team is filled with lifelong learners who are constantly focused on expanding our skillset and finding new ways to streamline project delivery. We are a collaborative group, where good ideas come together whether they come from the most experienced or the newest members of the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Enable the most productive Agile teams possible by applying Lean-Agile principles and metrics
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectives
  • Roll up sleeves and pitch in on analysis, documentation, testing, design, and development of solutions
  • Lead the successful delivery of high profile Programs/Projects for the Information Security Organization, ensuring high quality delivery of projects that are on time and on budget
  • Collaborate and engage with cross functional IT groups to identify resource, task, and project interdependencies. Communicate across related areas of Gartner IT and business units to ensure alignment and leverage shared capabilities
  • Partner with Internal communications and change management teams to coordinate project deployments impacting associates and clients
  • Work closely with Technology Leadership teams to help define a strategy and associated roadmap to evolve our technology services and platforms

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a role that required IT project management skills, preferably in a large, complex global organization
  • 2+ years of experience in executing projects in Agile Scrum Methodology
  • Proven record of optimizing processes and managing project teams that include both IT staff members and business stakeholders.
  • Experienced in JIRA, Confluence, Spreadsheets, and Slides
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear/concise documentation, presentations and communications for many different stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Agile, PMP, Cloud, and or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to visualize data
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Task oriented and attention to detail
