Acture Solutions is looking for a highly skilled onsite IT Project Manager capable of managing large company technology upgrade projects. With a renewed vision from our CEO, Acture Solutions is preparing for expansion through innovation, creativity, and forward thinking.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manger with incredible organizational skills to assist large-scale clients with major technology upgrade projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects
• Know the importance of follow-ups with resources to ensure things get done daily/weekly/monthly
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage change requests and change orders to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques-MS Project, for example
• Report issues and delays to management appropriately based on severity
• Manage the relationship with vendors, staff, and relevant stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for the project when appropriate
• Meet with department heads, implementers, and vendors to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other Acture team members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Who you are:

• You've got at least 7 years of experience as a certified project manager in and around IT in large companies or corporations.
• You are certified as a PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, SixSigma (any and all welcomed)
• You thrive in a role where you coordinate the activity of others and provide support that enables them to do their best work.
• You are highly experienced in complex project management functions.
• You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy digging into the details.
• You love technology and are proficient using common collaboration platforms and office applications such SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, etc.
• You operate at a fast pace and crush the work.
• You believe in doing it right the first time.
• You are always looking for a better way of doing things
• You are hyper-organized and insanely focused on the little details.
• You are versatile in a variety of Project Management softwares such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Compensation- Acture Solutions is proud to offer an extremely generous and "Employee Forward" compensation program:

• $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience
