IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds strong relationships with corporate and site leadership to lead large and small projects across sites and globally.
• Working with business and IT leadership define and create project related artifacts from project concept to initiation (including estimates) and then manage projects through the various phases through deployment.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Manage projects risks and work to mitigate them in partnership with the different stakeholders
• Presentation to stakeholders and executives and getting signoffs from them.
• Working with external implementation partners in some projects. In those projects, you will also work with the partner PM or their leadership to plan the project and align the project deliverables to meet the success criteria. You will also align the Excelitas resources in IT and business to ensure timely completion of the project deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience with at least 2 Global blueprinting projects from initiation to deployment in recent past in SAP ERP, ideally one in S/4 HANA
• At least 2 full life cycle SAP ERP
• Working knowledge of planning projects in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other Tier 1 Enterprise applications like Salesforce.com, AX ERP etc.
• Experience scoping, planning, and delivering ERP and CRM projects as a team lead or integration manager
• Must have demonstrated analytical, and leadership skills & be able to communicate complex topics and present to a broad audience at all levels of the organization including executive leadership.
• Experience in planning and managing global and regional business blueprint workshops, fit/gap analysis, managing blueprint and functional specification documents
• Excellent diplomatic communicator who is structured and able to take ownership
• PM experience with PM activate and Agile scrum is preferred
• Well versed in principles of Change Management to drive organizational change to facilitate transformation of business processes and systems
• Experience in developing project templates and driving standardization of processes and templates.
• Requires critical thinking and the ability to 'piece the puzzle.'
• Establish a structure and discipline to define, with the support of the extended project team, the deliverables and to disseminate and track the progress.
• Communicate project updates through the ranks of the PMO, Steering Committee and IT Management organizations.
• Know your project team and convey the right message and information in your presentations and meetings with the target audience.
• Willing to travel to the company project sites as needed (up to 20% of the time).
• Excellent in communication in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills

• Certified Project Management Professional or equivalent formal certification
• Experience implementing solutions using Agile methodology
• Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in managing other software development projects as well using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in consulting industry responding to Requests for Proposals and contributing to the creation of Statements of Work
