Accountabilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation efficiently
  • Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and governance processes
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
  • Provide regular project updates, metrics, and reports to senior management
  • Support agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization where applicable
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics
    • Strong project management skills in budgeting, resource management, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting
    • Solid understanding of IT systems, cloud-based platforms, software development lifecycles, and integration patterns
    • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches
    • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Proven leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
    • Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments
    • Benefits:

      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility and trust
      • Access to training programs, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, including an annual development budget
      • Private health insurance and wellness perks such as gym subsidies
      • Collaborative and inclusive company culture with team events and knowledge-sharing sessions
      • Opportunities to work on high-impact projects in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector
      • Supportive environment focused on career growth, continuous learning, and professional recognition
