We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our American Financial Group (AFG) IT team in our Cincinnati, Ohio office. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Project management.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing/managing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
• Troubleshoots complex issues and risks, coordinates integration of various modules, and ensures compliance with expected quality standards.
• Ensures optimum utilization of resources and management of budgetary targets to meet goals.
• Negotiates/sets/clarifies customer expectations. Communicates project status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.

Experience: Generally, 3 to 5 years of related experience.
