IT Project Manager

We are looking for a self-driven individual who is organized and enthusiastic to join us as an IT Project Manager. You will be working closely with our IT Director on internal IT initiatives that support the studio.

• Maintain project timelines, budgeting estimates, and status reports
• Implement IT strategies that meet project goals
• Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities
• Track timelines, budgets, and status reports
• Manage resources and performing audits for inventory and security policies
• Conduct risk assessments for projects
• Communicate project goals and progress

• 1-3 years experience in relevant role
• Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration
• Experience with resource planning and scheduling tasks to keep projects on track and within budget
• Experience in risk analysis and mitigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and leadership and explain technical issues
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $80,000—$125,000 USD
