The Role: 

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for driving and delivering on company-wide initiatives on behalf of the Security & IT department. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role will work cross-functionally to understand business requirements for IT-related deployments and ensure those projects are appropriately staffed, sequenced, documented and communicated out internally.

Who you are:

• Knowledge of IT-specific project management and technical delivery methodologies for software
• Bachelor's degree in equivalent field or related field
• Demonstrated progressive experience working as a project manager on IT-based projects
• Demonstrated progressive experience managing projects within an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to motivate the project team and mediate conflicts
• Experience using various project management and/or agile tools, primarily Jira Software and Jira Service Management
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, ISO 27001/27013, NIST 800-53 a plus

• Manage stakeholder expectations, project scope, and resources needed to successfully deliver IT-specific projects to a diverse workforce
• Develop and communicate project, portfolio, and program status, risks and issues to all levels of stakeholders, ranging from technical staff to executives

• Be accountable for reliable and repeatable program delivery processes, metrics and operational procedures
• Act as a liaison to subcontractors and/or delivery partners
