IT Project Manager

As we are looking for an IT Project Manager, we expect you to learn and adapt quickly to various complex situations and changing circumstances. You will bring an analytical mindset that helps crunch those business cases. But most importantly – you must be a team player that loves challenges!

In this role, you will

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
• Analyze project requirements and organize them effectively
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

What you will bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
• Understanding of IT development
• Strong analytical thinking and BA (Business Analysis) skills
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication
• Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
• Willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment
• Goal-oriented with a strong team player mindset
• Proficiency in English language

Salary range:

8 300 - 12 500 PLN gross (Permanent)
