What you will be supporting:
DRT will provide Program and Project Management support to ODT for the Enterprise Complaints Management System (CMS) to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the project.
What are we looking for?
Manage all aspects of the project, from initiation to closure. The Project manager shall provide the necessary expertise, and resources to effectively manage Project CMS within the specified time, budget, and quality parameters. The scope of this task is to support the federal IT Project Manager in various stages of the CMS project – from projection initiation to
implementation.

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plan.
- Leading project execution and monitoring progress.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communications.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Identifying and allocating resources effectively across project activities.
- Providing regular status updates to executive leadership.
- Ensuring alignment of project activities with organizational strategy.
- Managing interdependencies between various projects components.
- Establishing and maintaining quality control processes.
- Monitoring and reporting on overall program performance and objectives.
- Scheduling and organizing project meetings.
- Maintaining project documentation and records.
- Tracking action items and follow up on deliverables.
- Preparing and distributing status reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business charter and process diagrams.
- Communicate project status to various stakeholders in business-friendly terms.
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
- Create and update customer journey maps and experience flows.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights.
- Assist in developing business cases and value propositions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business needs are met.

This is you:
• 2-7 years of experience in a consulting/technical project management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
• Detail-orientation and critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Ability to manage workload and time efficiently
• Ability to work independently at times and to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and engage stakeholders

You will wow us even more if you have these skills:
• General knowledge and experience working with the federal government, particularly the FDA
• Experience development full set of project documentation: ex. Project Management Plans, Project Schedule, Risk Management Plan, and so on
• Experience with the full lifeccyle of software projects, from initiation, development, testing and deployment
• Experience working on Agile projects

Education & Training:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus

Currently due to the remote working status of the federal government, most DRT employees are teleworking from home and leveraging video conferencing along with other virtual productivity tools. Under normal circumstances, most of our positions are required to report onsite. However, DRT has not yet determined when employees will be required to return to their onsite workspaces. Please be aware that at the time a date is determined to return to the worksite, the requirement of this position may be to report in person to the work location.
