IT Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
Project Manager is a part of team that works on managing external and internal projects and supports IT Operations in IBM CPS systems.

Scope of duties:

• Working with stakeholders to prepare project plan
• Managing Projects according to time schedule and costs
• Assessing IT solutions
• Proposing and driving IT improvements
• Support IT Operations processes
• Support IT problems analysis and resolution
• Cooperation with business leads and support teams
• Acquiring knowledge and sharing it among team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Project Management proven experience
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approach
• Understanding of IT Operations (ITIL)
• Experience in IT Problems and IT Change Management
• Basic skills in Windows Linux and Cisco technology
• High communication skills
• Focus on client success
