IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will manage compliance-related projects and security audits, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and evidence. Acting as a liaison between RSI, regulators, auditors, and other third parties, you will communicate schedules and requirements, gather evidence, and provide clarifications. Your role will involve tracking progress, reporting status and findings, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

What will you do:

• Manage compliance-related projects and security audits: discuss expectations and deliverables with key stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of tasks and evidence.
• Act as a contact point between RSI, regulators, auditors, and other 3rd parties: communicate schedules and requirements, answer questions, provide clarifications, gather evidence.
• Follow up on actions, track the progress, create transparency: report status, findings, and challenges encountered.
• Maintain and manage documentation to enable organizational learning.
• Continuous improvement: evaluate and improve our processes based on feedback and organizational changes.
• Facilitate understanding of RSI security practices, contribute to security awareness initiatives and internal risk management by sharing insights and lessons learned.

All About You:

• At least 3 years experience in managing IT projects
• Experience in compliance, security governance and/or audit coordination.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards that impact organizational security and willingness to develop further this knowledge (certifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are beneficial).
• Results-oriented with a “can do” attitude - focus on improving organizational performance, meeting goals, and producing results.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to promote security awareness within the organization, educating others.
• Prior experience in the online gaming industry is beneficial.
