The Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) team vision is to 'create outstanding branded consumer experiences that make engaging directly with us the preferred choice for our consumers.
The IT Project Manager - Project ConCenT has an exceptional opportunity to lead the IT delivery for the North America (NA), Consumer Centric transformation initiative, also known as ConCenT which directly supports and enables the vision for Electrolux.
The ConCenT project is focused on transforming the current systems landscape that our consumers touch everyday including Contact Center, Service Operations, Consumer Sales, Knowledge Management, Digital Tools and more.
It is an intricate network of interconnected systems which handle everything from how we onboard our consumers and store their data to how we manage spare parts planning, schedule our service visits, and sell to consumers. In this role you will report to the Sr Director IT Strategic Planning and Portfolio Mgmt. and be an active part of the IT PMO and ConCenT teams.
What you'll do:
• Leadership responsibilities:
oYou will serve as the overall IT leader responsibility for the NA IT Team, supporting the ConCenT Project.
oYou will play an active role within the NA CDI Business Transformation Leadership Team, actively participating in and leading status reporting and steering committee readouts.
oYou will drive CDI ConCenT outcomes through collaboration with the Electrolux Global IT and CDI teams who have successfully rolled out the ConCenT Solution to 15 countries in Europe, over the last 7 years.
oYou will have ownership responsibilities for the NA IT delivery of ConCenT• Resource planning and budgeting• Collaboration and coordination with NA 3rd party vendors and suppliers• Planning and facilitating project related workshops
Delivery of key areas of the project assigned to the NA team including integration, data migration, etc.
• Proactively evaluating and challenging the project team to ensure compliance with the ConCenT template/solution, while also actively ensuring that the solution does not adversely impact consumer experience or revenue channels.
Who you are:
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" the program goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.• Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.• Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.• Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints.• Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Preferred experience of Scaled Agile Framework, Jira, Confluence, & x-ray• Knowledge of project planning tools, such as Microsoft Project with evidence of practical application.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in an IT or business functional role • 5+ years of overall IT project, program, or portfolio experience, including leadership roles within IT deployment or functional area.• Demonstrated experience in leading communications with key internal customers and executive management.• This role is based in the Electrolux Charlotte office. Travel requirements will be less than 20% based on the needs of the project.
