IT Project Manager - Hybrid

JOB OVERVIEW

Leads project management of low and medium complexity IT enterprise projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g., delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of low and medium complexity projects under supervision; drives completion of the project.
• Assists in maintaining and validating the project scope, plans and schedules for projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g., delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
• Supports in monitoring identified risks to project success and informs applicable stakeholders.
• Manages stakeholder relationships; executes technical project communication plan.
• Supports in managing change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience required.
• Eighteen (18) months of experience in IT required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience with IT project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office are a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $66,000.00 - $100,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
