IT Project Manager II, South Bend, IN
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in evaluating new technology
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues list, and risk management plans.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks with guidance from Sr. Project Managers
- Other miscellaneous tasks as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-6 years of experience working in Information Technology (IT) managing projects or relevant management experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge in several areas of technology
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS 365)
- Proficient with project management software with full understanding of planning term

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- CAPM or PMP Certification preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSAbility to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
