Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our team as a POS Field Service Technician/Project Manager in our Northbrook office. This role is pivotal within DataMax Services, Inc., as Field Project Managers/Coordinators are responsible for leading and participating in all phases of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and technical field implementation. Responsibilities: • Proactively lead and participate in all phases of project lifecycles, including planning and execution. • Manage technical field implementation activities. • Coordinate with external contracted personnel resources. • Ensure the effective functioning of IT infrastructure. • Provide support and expertise in POS systems. • Maintain a strong customer focus and sense of urgency. Requirements: • Minimum of three years of proven IT/POS field experience. • Experience working with external contracted personnel resources is a must. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure. • Proficiency in POS systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
