IT Project Manager/ Scrum Master

SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank with offices in New York, NY that needs to hire an IT Project Manager/ Scrum Master.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Have knowledge of waterfall and agile project management methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Have knowledge of software testing and application development processes
• Be proficient in a range of project management tools and applications such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
• Understand Business Analysis processes, best practices and deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 15+ years of Project Management experience within a technology-focused supporting IT related projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Capable of handling a team of about 20 people
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certification preferred
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with technology and subject matter experts
• Strong interpersonal skills
